How We Operate
Organizational Structure & Oversight
Care for Life Home Services, LLC is structured to ensure accountability, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Management
Responsible for overall operations, compliance, and organizational oversight.
Program Oversight
Designated program manager oversees service delivery, host family support, and quality assurance.
Clinical Oversight
Nursing or clinical consultation utilized for medication management and health-related supports.
Training & Supervision
Host families and staff receive training consistent with NH DHHS and BDS requirements.
Host Homes
